How to book a Portofino Boat 🚤✨

Only the dates shown on the website are available for booking.

If the appointment is available, send us a screenshot of the appointment and contact us via Instagram so we can send you the transfer details via InstaPay.

Reservations are made by transferring the full package amount.

After confirming the transfer, we will book the appointment for you.

Please note that sending a screenshot of the available appointment does not constitute a booking or confirmation of the appointment.

If the booking amount is not transferred immediately after sending the screenshot, you should check the website again and send a new screenshot before transferring, as the appointment may have been booked by another customer during that period.

Booking confirmation and appointment closure only occur after successful receipt of the booking payment, and not simply upon sending a screenshot of the appointment.

If a rescheduled appointment becomes unavailable due to late payment, arrangements will be made to select another available appointment.

⛔️ Cancellation and Postponement Policy ⛔️

⛔️ In case of cancellation or postponement, notification must be given one week before your booking date. After this period, 50% of the booking amount will be deducted.

⛔️ In case of cancellation or postponement for any reason within 48 hours of your booking date, the booking amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all bookings, regardless of the advance booking period, whether it is a week before the booking or less.

• These terms are binding on all bookings without exception.

Therefore, please make sure of the date before booking.

In the event of a refund according to the cancellation and postponement terms, the amount will be refunded within one week.
