The 2,100 EGP package for two people includes:

A one-and-a-half-hour cruise reservation on the Vienna Yacht

The yacht is decorated with

(flowers on the ceiling, two bouquets on the table, two artificial candles, a centerpiece, and a wooden sign for the occasion)

Bluetooth speaker

2 small bottles of water

2 drinks

Schedules:

From 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM

From 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM

From 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM

From 8:30 PM to 10:00 PM

Using the name on your reservation registered at the gate for the Vienna Yacht at Works House

Note: The package does not include food or additional decorations; these can be added from the add-ons menu

The venue is not responsible for storing or receiving customers’ belongings, such as gifts or cakes, prior to the reservation.

We absolutely do not accept, store, or keep any customers’ belongings, gifts, or cakes before or after the reservation date, as there are no refrigerators or designated areas for storing these items inside the venue.

Amore management disclaims all liability, fully and definitively, for any loss, damage, or spoilage that these items may suffer under any circumstances

The customer is required to bring their own gifts and cake with them in person only at the time of their reservation, with no obligation on Amore management to receive or store them before or after the reservation time

Staff will be on-site according to the actual reservation times, specifically when a reservation is in effect

Any request from the customer to send items prior to the reservation time will not be honored

Food orders or decorative additions must be submitted one day before your reservation date, and payment must be transferred via InstaPay to confirm and prepare the order.

⛔️ Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy ⛔️

⛔️ In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, notification must be provided at least one week prior to your reservation date; after this period, 50% of the reservation amount will be deducted.

⛔️ In the event of cancellation or rescheduling for any reason within 48 hours of your appointment, the booking fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all bookings.

Less than one week:

If a reservation is made less than one week in advance (whether before your appointment, one day, two days, three days, four days, five days, six days, or even on the same day), the reservation is considered final and fully subject to the terms outlined above.

Once the reservation is confirmed within this timeframe (less than one week), the customer is deemed to have agreed to fully honor the reserved appointment without any exceptions.

• These terms are binding for all reservations without exception.

Therefore, please confirm the appointment carefully before booking.

In the event of a refund in accordance with the cancellation and postponement terms, the amount will be refunded after one week.

Bringing in or consuming alcohol or any illegal substances is prohibited. 🚫

The customer is fully responsible for the cost of any damage resulting from misuse or negligence

Fireworks and sky lanterns are strictly prohibited 🚫

We would like to inform our customers that Amore does not own or operate any kitchens of its own, nor does it participate in the preparation, cooking, or serving of food.

We are not responsible for the quality of the food or its ingredients, as we are not involved in its preparation.

This service is provided solely as an optional add-on to meet customer requests and is not part of Amore’s core services.

We would also like to note that any food order that has been placed and paid for cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

📌 For those who want a complete experience without any food-related obligations, we recommend sticking to just the tour and decoration services.

Steps to Book a Vienna Yacht

Only the dates shown on the website are available for booking.

If a date is available, send us a screenshot of the date and contact us via Instagram so we can send you the payment details via InstaPay

Reservations are made by transferring the full package amount.

Once the transfer is confirmed, we’ll reserve the date for you.

After we reserve your date,

we’ll send you our private WhatsApp number,

through which we’ll finalize your reservation details.

Choose any decor or food add-ons you’d like to include.

Payment for these extras must be made one day before your appointment

Payment is made via InstaPay

This is so we can confirm your reservation and prepare everything before your appointment

Please note that sending a screenshot of an available time slot does not constitute a reservation or confirmation of the appointment.

If you do not transfer the reservation fee immediately after sending the screenshot, you must check the website again and send a new screenshot before making the transfer, as the appointment may have been booked by another customer in the meantime.

The reservation is confirmed and the appointment is secured only after the payment is successfully received, not simply by sending a screenshot of the appointment.

If you transfer payment for an appointment that has become unavailable due to a delay in payment, we will coordinate with you to select another available appointment.
